Choose the field in which you have interest,

IT is more related to CSE so if you had already decided that you want to pursue CSE then IT is a better option. Moreover IT syllabus is bit on the easier side than CSE while ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc) communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much.
