JIS college of engineering, nadia is a private college approved by AICTE and is accredited by NBA. It has been given an overall rating of 3.3/5 and placement rating of 3/5 as per careers360. 

Whereas, brainware university, kolkata is a private university approved by UGC and PCI. it is recently established in 2016. Hence, the ratings are not available. 

But i would suggest you to take JIS college of engineering.
