Dear candidate both the above courses carry different weightage in terms of the Pharmacy Profession. This is because after completion of  two years of M.Pharm it is indeed possible to get better jobs with better salary package of around 5-10 LPA. But when it is associated with the research purpose, your Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree holds better value and later you get paid around 8-12 LPA after you get employed in the Research Department of any Industry.
