I would like to tell you that there are some colleges which provide PGDM while others provide MBA degree. It does not depend on the PGDM or MBA its the value of the institute's name.

Basically the companies hire you by looking at the name of the college you come out of. So, just focus on giving the entrance exams and getting a call from India's top colleges.

There is not much difference between MBA and PGDM MBA is a Degree offered by universities and PGDM is offered by collages and B schools hence the only negative point if you are opting for PGDM is it will not be AICTE acreedited and you may habe problem in getting got jobs and in premier organisations, positive point is there will be updation in the syllabus year to year hence you will about trending topics. So the choice is yours, All the best choose wisely and go for a good collage.
