Both Rajarshi Dashrath Autonomous State Medical College, Ayodhya (RDASMC Ayodhya) and Rani Durgavati Medical College, Banda (RDMC Banda) are government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow .

RDMC Banda was established in 2016 , while RDASMC Ayodhya started in 2019 , so RDMC Banda is slightly older and may have more established systems. Both colleges have 100 MBBS seats and attached teaching hospitals.

Academically, infrastructure-wise, and for NMC recognition, both are similar , so choosing between them mainly depends on location, personal convenience, and preference.
