See it completely depends upon your own choice.. Like if I would have been at your place I would have chosen MGM indore because it belongs to my State.. I would have avoided chosing Cuttack one because there is a lot of language issues when you go to South side specially when you take history and all.. Now between Bikaner and Rohtag you can choose according to the preference of city as both the college are equally good.. Hope this helps..
