As you both are same professional course , only the difference is in its nomenclature . Both courses offers better job opportunities in different management areas . So if you want to pursue MBA or if you want to go in administration then you should go for  BBA as a good option and nowadays there are lots of demand in this course  and  this course also help you to get master degree .

Beside this if you want to acquire knowledge in management  then you should go for BBM , choice is yours .

Well let me keep things simple for you.

In terms of specializations, BBM might have an edge, but as far as on job openings are concerned, BBA graduates have more options to explore and experiment . There is more l number of universities offering the BBA undergraduate courses, as compared to BBM . The gap is not very wide, but it is a clear indication that BBA holds a slight edge.

Primarily I would suggest you to follow your passion and your personal interest.
