Go for EEE in techno salt lake .

Look go with as you like. Those are completely different kind of field. It doesn't depends upon university. Engineering is all about yours skills. ECE is one of the most dimmandable subject in recent times but electrical is core. So u can't compare those! Just go as you like. In my opinion, I will prefer ECE..
