The best course option with CA will be BCom Hons. BCom Hons is a three year undergraduate course with six semesters in total and in these six semesters there are almost all the subjects that are present in both the groups of CA Intermediate. So it will be easy for you to concentrate on just your CA and not worry about your College Exams.
Also learning the subjects in college will just add on to your knowledge.

With CA B.com honours is a better option through all the three courses b.com(general), b.com(honours) and BBA are good but with a course like CA b.com honours will be good. Syllabus of CA and b.com honours will match till intermediate they are very similar though the level of questions are different so you can handle both easily.
