Which is better to study basics in c programming and c++ ,whether online or offline courses?

In engineering it is important to know about both the programming languages but c++ is definitely better than c as c++ is based on oops concept and it is more secured than c. Learning of languages depends on your convenience if you are convenient in offine go for offline rest it is better to study online
