Both the colleges are good in their own ways. But if we compare on a basis,  then Kozhikode GEC has a higher edge in the following ways:

• The fees for B.tech mechanical engineering of kozhikode is less than CUCEK.
• Kozhikode is also affiliated by AKTU while CUCEK is a constituent college.
• The faculty of mechanical engineering of Kozhikode is also experienced and much better than that of CUCEK.
