It depends upon your definition of happy life. If you are the one who feel happy by doing some heavy work and help people and do administrative kind of work then go for IAS. And if you want to do some social service and are interested in Medical then go for medical.

In short choose what you like and work towards it with all your heart and dedication.

According to my perception... Both are good at it's own.. also it depends upon your interest

Like if you are related with medical field and interested in this line so you should opt for medical.. on the other hand if you are from any other background and interested in administration services so you should opt for IAS..
