Both HC VERMA and DC Pandey are great books , but HC verma is mainly for engineering aspirants,  it is for those who are preparing for jee etc , questions in medical entrance exams are not that tough so you really don't need to do HC verma.  You can go for DC PANDEY , neet objective physics.
