So,dear you asked the best colleges on the basis of a good atmosphere and faculty. So,dear I must tell you that...not even all best colleges have got the best faculties nor all lower colleges have got bad faculties.
Everyone has got a mixture of both.
No one in this world is perfect dear so is not a college or its faculties.
You will get all types of teachers both good bad,helpful,criticising any college you take admission in.

For an example you may take your school,were 100% facilities good, I Dont't hope soh dear.
So,Chose the college according to their rankings and Reviews.
Because A college being rated higher does signify the presence of a more serious crowd.That would help you focus.
