If I were in your place I would choose Venkateswara Open University..

Venkateshwara open universiy is a UGC apporved university and is also member of AIU. If some one says its not legal please dont believe it i have EMBA from VOU and have used it for My canada PR. This was approved by the embassy.

The uniqueness of this university is it has online distance educatio, so can view videos, lectures and ask your queries to the university lecturers and it is answered within in two days.
You will not see it in top 100 as it is started in 2012 and all the rankings in india consider universities(Except IIM and IIT) which is more than 8 years for ranking purpose.
