Hey there,
USA. It's the most expensive place. But their education fees are quite low and their education structure is very good. They also provide scholarships which is available for any student around the world. But if u are really going to start it in abroad I would recommend you to choose between Norway , Canada, and Germany. They are the best in the field of educations. But there is a slight problem, u have to know the language of that particular place where u are willing to relocate. They know English but native language is used in most places.
