Both of them are good. It depends on your interests and future plans. 

Bachelor of technology( BTECH) is a 4 years undergraduate programme. It is a skill oriented program. Admission in it is generally through entrance test. 

Whereas Bachelor of architecture (barch) is a bachelors degree so that a person can exercise architecture. It is generally a 5 years program. 

Your interest matters the most. You have to decide where your interest lies. Only then make a decision.

B.tech and B.arch are two totally different fields you can't compare these two .

However you must go for that option that interests you the most .

Introspect yourself and then make a choice . Both have good scope in future
