right now in india from jobs point of view best stream is cse and it. yiu may include electronics and communication engineering also. because there are a lot of things in machinary and plants and house hold are transforming to electronics as of it low cost.  from my point of view electrical and electronics engineering is best (eee) as you can gain a  bit knowledge of cse, it, ece and there are many government job for eee candidates. 

but lastly i suggest you to choose the subjects as per your interest.
