The book by Korth for DBMS. I believe this book is sufficient for DBMS. The best way to use this book is to read from it then create whatever databases have been created(this improves your SQL too) and then solving exercise problems. Exercise problems also have solutions available on the Internet but avoid using these solutions. You must think hard on these questions. Then only you will be doing justice to this book. Also parallely you can solve previous year GATE questions for DBMS.
