Best Engineering College in Hyderabad is IIT hyderabad. After that IIIT Hyderabad. These two are the best as per placement.In these both selection are made on the basis of IIT-JEE exam.

1. University College of Engineering (UCE), Osmania University, Hyderabad

2. JNTUH, Hyderabad

If you not able to get into IIT and IIIT i recommend you to get into JNTUH as it was also best and Ranked 57 according to NIRF.
