Most of the government institutions like all IITs, NITs, CFTIs and State govt. engineering college, offers either of the three NCC(National Cadet Corps),NSS (National social Scheme), NSO (National Sports Organisation), but unfortunately, there is no special privilege during admission for candidate who was earlier member of NCC. In private institutions, there are very few who opt for NCC, so you have to check their respective website for the details related to this.
Coming onto Aerospace Engineering, IIST Thiruvananthapuram and IIT Knapur are best institutes for B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering.
Some private universities offering aerospace engineering and also have strong NCC community are
