Hii pratik patel,

To get admission in government colleges to pursue Btech you need to write JEE mains exam and score good marks. If you are qualified in the JEE mains exam then you are eligible to get admission in NIT's and IIIT's.After qualifying in JEE mains exam, To get admission in IIT's you need to write the JEE advanced exam.

Some good Government Colleges for Btech are:

  • NIT Warangal
  • IIT Bombay
  • IIT Delhi
  • IIT Kanpur
  • IIT Kharagpur
  • IIT madras

Thank you.

Hello,

If you are  belonging to general category then you are not eligible to take admission in any government engineering college because they have some minimum marks requirement to take admission and your marks is only 60% ,But if you are belonging to SC/ST  category then can get admission to any government colleges like IITs/NITs or state engineering college by appearing and qualifying their respective entrance exams.

Hope you now understood this.
