Dear Samridhi

As you are in class 11th now, and a medical aspirant, I would suggest you to make NCERT your base book. For reference books, you can go for S.L Arora which comes in 2 volumes each for class 11th and 12th. You will find an easy language in it and the concepts explained in simple language. You will also get NCERT solutions for help and extra questions and examples. It is a very good book if you find difficulty in physics. You can also refer to H.C Verma books which have a slightly high level concepts and problems. You can get it's solution book alongside and study. Whatever you prefer, but study properly to crack medical exams, starting from your 11th class.

All the best.
