There are all branch is good in engineering.
It's depend upon your interest. If you have interested in any particular branch then you can go for, otherwise if you haven't self interest then all branch is equal for you.
If you want quick job just after b.tech then you can join CSE or if you want to go for govt secter job after b.tech, then go for ME, CE, EEE etc.
