There are many websites which have been offering online tutoring and doubt solving Face to Face sessions.

You can take up Careerlauncher online series for doubt solving where you can post your question and prompt answers are given .

Secondly, youcan take up Byjus Learning app which has been applauded by many experts and is student favorite for its visual learning and explanation blended with rich content.

The best way although, is joining reputed Coaching Institute where you're given indepth focus on your weak areas.
Some reputed private Coaching Institute include SPClasses, Kalra Shukla, etc.

Till now, the best website where I have found my answer to JEE or medical doubts is askIITians forum. Other than that I have used some applications which are really good.Instasolv - they provide solution of doubts within 30 minutes and give Paytm money on solving other users doubts. TopprDoubt - they are also good. The teachers provide solutions directly. But the only issue after 3-4 questions it asks you to pay. Meritnation Homework - It is more like a discussion forum where other students answer your questions.
