Your question is very unique. You want to earn  1 cr per month. For that you should have extraordinary skills. Earning this much and becoming financially free is very difficult in initial stages . 

You should first know that in which field you want to work. Gain some experience by working in that domain as employee. After few years leave that job and develope or create you own domain with some unique feature which excites people. U should have skills to read market strategy and how to develope a business as you cannot earn this much money by your job, you have to shift yourself to a business or as a investor or a part time business along with job

I suggest you to read a book called Cashflow Quadrant by Robert kiyoski.
