Hi Nusrat,

The stability differs from Primary, Secondary and Tertiary carbocations whether it is benzylic or allylic. Generally, the benzylic carbocations are more stable than allylic carbocations as they form more number of resonating structures and have less electron affinity.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Nusrat Nazir The theory of relativity, in a nutshell, means that there is an invisible force that attracts objects to one another, gravity is a curving or warping of space. The bigger an object, the more it warps the space around it.
I am responsible to reply you so pasting the same as in the other answer of mine.

Hello Nusrat!

Both of these two primary carbocations are almost equally stable but if you make a precise comparison by only taking into consideration its charge dispersal, you can say that benzylic carbocation is more stable than allylic carbocation.

Hope this answer helps you.
