There is no such thing as a good or a bad company.All companies have different bunsinesses,culture,employees and market reputation which brings about a difference in them.As per candidates as well,for some ,companies giving good packages can be the best for other the experience in that company or employees for the company are more important,thus it's just a matter of perceptions which varies.

Thus ,to start your career as a fresher you must be more encouraged to learn and experience new things,there after you can switch or stay as per your experience .
