Hello aspirant,

You must attach your OBC NCL reservation certificate as verification if you require a reservation. Both the federal government and the state governments supply it. Each state has a different NCL certificate. It classifies the states' ensemble. It's only good in that specific state. Applying with a state NCL certificate is possible. However, if your certificate is an OBC NCL from the Central Government, it can only be used at the Central level.
