Dear Student ,

Look, generally .. in on campus placements Company wants the academic details of 10th and 12th and graduation .. and based on certain standard mark cut off , they shortlist students to be eligible for the hiring process . Well, if any student have done diploma instead of 12th , then obviously his/her diploma academic results will be considered . In polytechnic colleges , generally diploma score and performance in interview matter the most . Whereas in B.Tech placements , company may want the previous academic details like 10 th and 12 th ..

In off campus placements , your resume will take a lot of responsibility to give you a decent job apart from the hiring process. So, make that accordingly !

Hope you have understood !
