Usually the basic maths from CBSE syllabus is asked in this exam. Basics include maths from grade 9- 12. There is no particular weightage allotted for each chapter. According to my preparation strategy I picked up the topics that are comfortable for me to solve and would fetch marks easily for me. I’m personally strong with Trigonometry, ratio proportion, mensuration topics hence I concentrated on them and could attempt all the questions accurately. So, keep focus on the topics which you are strong enough as each wrong answer will lead to negative marks.
