You must know that there are 9 campuses of ICFAI Business School and all have their own USPs. Talking about the top IBS campus and I would rank them as follow:

1. IBS Hyderabad

2. IBS Mumbai

3. IBS Pune

4. IBS Gurgaon

5. IBS Bangaluru

6. IBS Jaipur, Dehradun, Kolkata and IBS Ahmedabad.

Talking about MBA fields, Maximum students go for either Marketing or Finance in their Second Year of the course and around 5-7% students go for HR. And many students go for Operations as minor subjects too. Comparing which campus is good for which stream, IBS Mumbai has an upper hand in Finance than other IBS (except Hyderabad Campus) campuses whereas, for Marketing, you can opt IBS Gurgaon, Pune or Bangaluru. I would not recommend other campuses as they are quite new and not as good as G, P, H and B campuses. But if ROI is not an issue, I would recommend you to go for IBS H as for Finance you will see D. E. Shaw, Bank of America, Crisil, S&P, Arcesium, JP Morgan, Karvy, Cognizant and many more companies visiting for recruitment and offering packages as good as 24 LPA and for Marketing companies like Aditya Birla, Act, Tolaram, TCS, Pantaloons, Amazon etc visit and offer decent national packages upto (15 LPA) and international (48 LPA). 

Secondly, For HR there are not many companies visiting the campuses and if a student elects HR might have to wait long to get placed and salaries are not as good as Marketing and Finance. Talking about Operations companies, honestly, very rare to see a company visiting to recruit for the operations department. 

But at the end it depends on your interest what you wanna elect and I would suggest you get admission, study for a year (as for the first two semesters, the course is the same for all the students) and in the second year you shall decide what you wanna elect and maximum students change their decisions while selecting elective subjects. 

So talking about IBS- Marketing or Finance I'll suggest going for.
