The maximum number of seats in one batch of a medical college is 250 as per as I know. As 15% AIQ is fixed for every college admitting through NEET, hence they will have the maximum number of seats in AIR Quota. 

Some medical colleges that have 250 seats for each batch are

1. Medical Colleg Kolkata

2. NRS Kolkata

3. Stanley Medical College

4. Madras Medical College

5. MAMC Delhi

and many more.

I can not tell you this thing as the no. Of colleges in india is more than 200 those are only govt. But I want to tell you something that can give you an idea.

Tamilnadu have 3000 and more seats for mbbs.
Maharashtra have approx 2900 seats for mbbs.
Gujrat have approx 2800 seats for mbbs.

All india quota reserve 15 percent seats from the total no. Of seats.
