thiruvanthapuram, allapuzha, kannur kozhikode, thrissur, kottayam, ernakulam govt medical colleges. Each have one seat reserved for sports quota , ie total 7 seats reserved for MBBS and two for BDS. Allotment is  based on sports quota rank list (50% sports and 50% neet)

The existing reservations are for Scheduled Caste (15%), Scheduled Tribe (7%), OBC-NCL (27%) and PWD (3%). Except for these there are no other reservations. However State quota might have reservation for serving/ex servicemen and it depends on the rules of that particular state. And there is no Sports quota in NEET UG for any State.
