You may get NIT Patna or mizoram or agartala any branch of your choice. In last case you may get NIT surathkal at the last counselling. So choose widely.

You havevery good prospects with all newwr NITs like Sikkim, Arunachal pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Silchar, Puducherry, Meghalaya for Mechanical and Civil engineering streams under ST Category.
