I would like to tell you that most of the NIT's  offer MBA but they admit students through CAT only.

I would suggest you to research a bit more and choose which course you are comfortable with if you won't get to apply for CMAT.

I would also like to tell you that NIT's have a good placement also for these graduates so think over this and then take your decision.
