I don't think that at 80 marks you will get any NIT for sure you will not get any of the top 10 and it is because 80 marks is very low as per OBC category and if even if you are able to get a seat in two and it is in North East I don't think that you should choose them because there are plenty of private colleges which are far better than those and it is just don't look for tag

I think you should look for  somethingcore of more than around 150 to get a seat into good NIT with a good course
