Thanks for contacting career360.
Since required marks for sc is 100 for nit college hence you will not get an nit college.
This thing i am saying because my sister scored 72 marks and she didn't got nit but she got iiit Gwalior .

You can get northeastern nits with good branch or can get decent nits with non core branches like metallurgy, etc.
See the opening and closing rank for SC category from josaa website of previous year.
