You can go for MSc Nursing which is the conventional route after BSc Nursing, the eligibility criteria regarding this is passed bachelor's degree in nursing from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate or above depending upon the norm of the college, the admission process may be based on the merit of the qualifying examination or it can be done through entrance tests such as AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER to name a few,  explore more detailed regarding this at https://www.careers360.com/courses/msc-in-nursing

other than this, you can explore the domain of management by pursuing MBA in Hospital Management, there is also good scope in courses such as Master of Public Health, Master of Health Administration, you can consider short term courses as well such as diploma in critical care nursing, cardiovascular and thoracic nursing, nursing administration and pg diploma in neo-natal nursing, mental health nursing, pediatrics critical care nursing, emergency nursing to name a few.
