Hii Hashmi!

Pyruvate decarboxylation or pyruvate oxidation is often known as Link reaction and occurs in mitochondrial matrix. It is the conversion of pyruvate into acetyl CoA in presence of enzyme pyruvate decarboxylase complex. But this was about link reaction. In order to get your doubt cleared you need to restructure your question and ask complete question. Your question is not complete. Thus, ask the question again completely. Hope this helps.

All the best.
