Correct Answer: It consists of a President and at least five other members, one of whom should be a woman.
 


Solution : The National commission has territorial jurisdiction over the whole country expect the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The National commission consists of a President and at least four other members one of whom should be a woman. They all are appointed by the central government.

Hence, option A is correct.
