M.Sc Computer Science focuses more on computational aspects whereas M.Sc Finance focus more on subjects related to accountancy,taxation and prepare you for careers in financial analysis, investment banking, financial consultant etc. So, both are different streams and it depends completely on your interest where you want to pursue your career.
