Both the streams are better in their own way. But it totally depends on your own interest. If you are interested in bio researchs and all you can opt for biotech but electrical provides more opportunities as it will help you to get job in both IT or core industry.

Generally both the branches has equal importance and career opportunities, But personally in my opinion Btech Biotech is some what have more importance because Btech electrical is already has a stable growth in point of career opportunities. But Biotech has less number of seats and colleges and there is gradual increase in Career opportunities in coming years, so it is somewhat better than Electrical. Hope you Understand.
