BVSc AH is an 5½ years undergraduate program that comes under medical discipline. It deals with the study of medical diagnostics, and treatment of diseases of the animals.

Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board of the country are eligible for admission into this course. The average course fees for BVSc AH ranges between INR 15,000 to 1 lakh per annum.


BVSc AH courses include jobs such as Veterinary Doctor, Veterinary Research Scientist, Animal Breeders, Veterinary Officers, Veterinary Surgeon, Junior Veterinary Doctor and so on.

After BVSc AH, students can opt for further studies such as MVSC, or other master veterinary courses.


PharmaD is a six-year programme after Class XII and PharmaD is a Post Baccalaureate is a three-year programme after BPharma.

With this degree, you can work in a hospital / clinical / community pharmacists, clinical research organisations, clinical trial management, medical writing or entrepreneurship.

DPharm is a two-year diploma programme after Class XII. This will qualify you to work in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy and industry.
