According to me I'll choose Baroda GMC since its affiliates with the MS University as well. The campus and infrastructure is also great and especially the reviews said a lot about the teaching and the expert teachers. 

So you might Like doing MBBS from such a great institution. Hostel services are also great. Anyhow at the end of the day there will be advantages and disadvantages of either of the colleges you choose, so you have to be the smarter one making the perfect choice which suits you..
