Give importance to two things. Firts one is your interest and abilities and secondly, look for which course has more market demand- MBA or MCA .
Both the courses are good in market but getting the right job which is an ultimate goal, depends on how much dedication, interest and ability you have shown.
One thing I suggest you is, give much importance to get the job which you are interested rather than to get the job where you will be paid high.

As per the high salary between MBA and MCA courses, its not that you will be paid high after completion of MCA and less by MBA. Both the courses are having good career scope and job opportunities for the candidates.

MBA candidates are having good number of job opportunities in variety of business sectors where as MCA candidates are having good number of Jobs in IT Companies.
