B.E is Bachelor in Engineering whereas B.Tech is Bachelor in Technology. Some colleges or universities which provide engineering degree along with other degree generally gives the B.E. degree. And B.Tech is given by those where only Engineering studies are practised.

So there is not so much difference in wages or anything. The basic concept is the same . Moreover the wages or salary depends on the university and its placement structure.
