Hey,

It actually depends on your calling whether you want to take up CA or ACCA.

CA from ICAI is the only one qualification that allows a person to practice as a Chartered Accountant in India and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants or ACCA can be called a truly global charterd accountancy qualification.

CA requires a lot of patience as it takes around 4-5 years but with ACCA it takes you around 2.5 years, that means you can start your career quite early and also if you are a working professional then your time will be saved. But if you are planning to start your own practice or if you are willing to be a partner in any Indian CA firm, then go for CA.

But it all depends on your interest and passion.

Hope this helps.
