If you wish to apply for a professional degree in Korea for SNU or Korea University, you first need to have a certificate for either IELTS or TOEFL and one for TOPIK (to establish that you can speak and comprehend Korean), this will increase your chances to get into the university.

It is totally possible to pursue a professional degree without having Maths as one of your subjects in 12th. You can apply for Korean Studies, International Relations, International Law, etc.
