Though you are doing Engineering your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology /biotechnology remains 10 + 2  .

While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year degree/graduation course with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
